I’ve been coming here for a while and have always had amazing experiences, especially with Jamie. She’s a doll and my son would look forward to coming. This last time we went there was only one stylist available. My son was in a goofy mood and was not cooperating perfectly. When I was at the register paying a stylist (Katie) RAISED her voice at him say that he “didn’t earn a lollipop” in a very mean tone. My son doesn’t want to come back and tbh it’s not your job to discipline him. He was just goofing around and if you can’t cater to children then just say so. I’m so disappointed.

Amber at this store does a 100% professional and perfect cut every time... It is especially her attention to little details that I appreciate most. I now only hope that she stays with the store for a long time. Highly-highly recommended! Thank You!
