So today I stopped in for a varsity haircut. I checked in online and picked “First Available” stylist. There was no one else waiting so I got Katie B. Her demeanor was not friendly and I sensed she was pissed off about something. I definitely did not get a friendly vibe from her. In fact, I felt the opposite. Before she sat me down I showed her a pic on my phone of what I wanted and the guard #s etc. She nodded like she understood but it didn’t seem like she cared. I almost hesitated and asked for someone else from this first bad impression. She sat me down and proceeded to do a quick job. It seemed like she had the skills to do it but it seemed rushed like she didn’t care how it looked. There was no small talk or friendly conversation with her. I even asked, how she was doing today, to check on her, which I never have to do and so is probably a red flag. I didn’t mind no small talk but it just seemed like she didn’t like me and was trying to get it done no matter how it looked. When she was done I honestly thought it looks shorter than I wanted and the left side is not blended properly so it looks chopped. She didn’t really bother to style it so I literally looked like I had just woken up and the left side is flat and uneven. I combed it myself to style it. It still looks chopped on my left side. What was bad about Katie B is that it really seemed like she hates her job, hates her life and hates her clients. And bad haircuts are the result. When it came time to check out, my credit card was declined several times. I thought this was odd as I had just used it. I did put a large deposit on a car I just bought on the card, so maybe that was it. Katie B was mad about what was happening and probably ready to call the cops on me. I called my credit card company. They said my account was in good standing, there were no holds or fraud on my account and the card should work. I said we tried the transaction at least 3 times and they said they did not see any attempts on their end, so it is probably something wrong at the merchant end. When I told Katie B this she got pissed and said “My end???” In her mind she had already blamed me for the transaction not going through. I remained on the phone with my card company and they suggested we input the number manually. I could tell Katie B was seething. Her manual input did not work so she told another stylist to help me. Luckily the other stylist was nice and able to make it work on the first try. It was the machine, not me or my card that didn’t work. And yet Katie B could barely conceal how much she disliked me. Katie B, if you cannot hide your hate from your clients, find another career. My hair will grow. But I deserve a refund. I think the machine didn’t want to charge me because the stylist, her attitude and her work haircut are bad.

so i've been going here for a year now. and they have done a great and impressing job. i've enjoyed going there, great people great service. so last time i went there i got this one stylus that i'm not familiar with (usually with dakota). she started to do my hair and she was very rough and did not do a great job. so i come back today and i didn't see her so i just decided to do "first available". and i was up and she came out and called my name. i was like great this sucks. so she started to do it and she was asking question on what to do with my hair, i told her and it's not complicated. she kept asking dumb questions and was talking so quietly i could not even understand her. so she took out the 0 buzzer and started to trim the edge of my hair (the front of my head) then she went to far into my hair. she didn't even say anything or try to fix it. i have sorta long hair so now i'm stuck with this box on the side of my head. thanks sports clips for hiring people with no skill, not professional, doesn't know what they're doing, rude, and etc.

Worst haircut ever there..staff seem to come and go. My son had haircut today ,she just kept cutting and cutting even when we were very clear on what he wanted. Cut him also. He cried all afternoon after we left and is afraid to go back.
